Forms Printing Service

Forms can come in all manner of styles and by utilising a professional print and design company such as Minuteman Press Bristol, your forms can stand out and also highlight the professionalism of your company by creating the right impression.

In terms of our forms printing service, in reality standard sheet colours are generally white / yellow, white / pink, white / yellow / pink however other combinations are available by request.

Examples of the types of business forms that we design and produce includes invoices, statements, receipts, transfer notes, inspection reports and checklists.

Business forms produced include single sheet on regular 120gsm, or 80gsm carbonless sheets with multiple (two, three, four or five) colour pages, high quality carbonless stock is used. Sheets can be supplied individually, glued in sets or in pads as required. Business forms can be numbered and perforated.

The carbonless process was invented by the NCR Corporation as a biodegradable, stain free alternative to carbon paper. The back of the first sheet is coated with micro-encapsulated dye. The top of the middle sheet is coated with clay that quickly reacts with the dye to form a permanent mark. The back of the middle sheet is also coated with the dye. The lowermost sheet is coated on the top surface with the clay with no coating applied to the back side. When someone writes on the sheets, the pressure from the point of the writing instrument causes the micro-capsules to break and spill their dye.

Dimensions are typically A6 (105mm x 148mm), A5 (148mm x 210mm), A4 (210mm x 297mm) and A3 (297mm x 420mm). The examples detailed are not exhaustive, anything is possible.

If you have your own business forms designed, you may supply Minuteman Press Bristol with a digital file, which should have adequate bleeds and crop marks. This will ensure that we can print all the way to the edge of the business form. Files can be uploaded via the upload files tab. If you don’t have a file, our design team can turn your concept into a reality.
